In October 2005 we contacted with Jeremy Vance, Inc to replace an old rotten deck. We provided a sketch of our idea for a new deck design. He took that sketch and built a very nice deck. He and his crew showed up as promised. During construction they presented us with ideas to improve on the design which we readily adopted. They completed the job in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. When they left they cleaned up so well there was no evidence they had ever been there.
I have built my own decks in the past so I have an idea of what constitutes good workmanship and sound construction practices. The workmanship by Jeremy Vance and his helper Noah where exemplary. The deck is soundly build and they did not cut corners.
We are very satisfied with the result and highly recommend Jeremy Vance, Inc for this type of work

In March of 2005 my husband and I contracted Jeremy Vance, Inc to remodel our master bath in our home in Port Ludlow. We are very happy to pass on to any one interested that we where very satisfied with the performance of Jeremy and all his workers. The work involved replacing outside and inside walls, re-paining and plumbing. All the workers where extremely courteous and very dependable. This was the second time we have used this company, the first time was in 200 when they replaced all the LP siding on our home. They did a great job then also.

Jeremy Vance contacted us regarding the need to replace and repaint the building in order to satisfy the re-call. Every occasion that we met was very professional. His company handled all of our concerns regarding our customers and how and when to paint to least affect the busy times of the store. Jeremy was very approachable and easy to work with in every aspect of the project. Our building was finished by the deadlines that where prearranged.
